How to move Agent Workspace Landing page from one environment to another.

I created a landing page and even thought I deployed update set, it seems my changes related to landing page didn't get copied. Can someone please suggest how can I move Landing page manually from one environment to another? Can it be done by XML copying? if so, will it move all of it's UI elements and design layouts?

I think I wasn't clear in my question or something, but I am not migrating technology. I am just deploying from one environment to another.
