How to move attachment from Subprod to prod

I need to move an attachment from one instance to other . What is the best approach on doing this..

I m not able to move via XML. If i move it.. the file is broken

Can you checkby  import XML from sys_attachment table prod and import back in Subprod insatnce in sys_attachment table.

Dont have access to prod instance, I need to move a specific attachment

@caffry ok then you can check with one who has access to prod they might help you or else if you are able to download that attachment, please donwload it and attach to the record in subprod instance. This will also work.

actually the attachment is not on Prod, Its on Subprod. I want to move that from Subprod to prod.

when i moved the update set, the attachment was missing.

Even if i download it and upload it back, the sysid differs on both the instances
