Hide tab of Contextual Sidebar in SOW based on role

Hi Everyone - I am working on hiding the contextual sidebar tabs in sow based on user role. For ex - itil user can only see the attachment on there right sidebar. Based on the below prod doc link. I followed steps but I am unable to achieve it. Thanks in advance.

You are editing in wrong scope in sncreeshot it shows that currently you are in global scope you have to change it to sow scope

Hi. Thank you for your response. I did try editing the SOW ITSM Common app scope. Still I have the same issue.

Please change the scope of the app and then try, Click on "Here" as per highlight and make sure you have the right update set to capture the changes.

I did tried editing it exact workspace SOW ITSM Commons. Still I am having the issue.
