How to move dashboard in scoped application to test environment

I have created a dashboard within the 'ServiceNow' scoped application, and I need to move it to a test environment. What is the best approach to achieve this?

The Unload Dashboard function unloads the entire dashboard with all related tabs, including portal pages.
