How to move/import agent workspace personalized columns from one instance to another instance.

I have personalized columns in agent workspace. i have exported the personalized columns in my system in the form of excel. how to import this excel in the agent workspace of another instance.

There is no such option to Import personalized columns by using Excel, Use XML or Updateset to move your columns from one Instance to another Instance.

As you know any customisation done in Workspaces have their own application and you can move the applications by publishing it to the other instance and all the changes will be published.

Instead of personalising the columns configure the view and that will be captured in Application and you can follow below steps.
