How to multiple select on a list report on dashboard?

Hi Is there a way to multiple select on the list report that was added on the dashboard?

On the Dashboard report list that I added I cannot multiple select using ctrl + click button, but on the incident list view i can do that. Is that a new added feature for UTAH and if so is their a way to disable that, since customers want to multiple select an incident on their own personal dashboard.

List report that was added on the dashboard, (I cannot multiple select using ctrl + up and down button):

Hold shift while you click and drag

Hi Jc21, I did try this and this doesn't work as well. Thank you for your suggestion.

@ric_manantan I'm guessing it started highlighting a bunch of cells for you. Try double clicking on one record (so the change option appears), click the X on that particular change box, and then try holding shift, starting with that record. Hope this makes sense.

Hi @ric_manantan ,
I trust you are doing fine.

Yes, it is possible to enable multiple selection on a list report that was added to the dashboard in ServiceNow. However, the ability to perform multiple selection using the Ctrl+Click method depends on the specific configuration and settings of your instance.

If you are unable to perform multiple selection using Ctrl+Click on the list report added to your dashboard, it could be due to the settings or limitations of the particular widget used to display the list report.

To provide a more accurate solution, could you please let me know which specific widget or module you are using to display the list report on the dashboard? This information will help me assist you better and provide a relevant solution.
