How to open a UI Page on the RITM with all the variables on that page

Hi Team,

I have a requirement wherein I have a Custom UI Action on the RITM form. The RITM form has all the Variable details with some empty variables and some with data.

Now the requirement is when we click on the custom UI action on the RITM, it should allow to browse the file, the file will be having same fields and values as in the catalog variables in the RITM. Now the requirement is once the file is uploaded, it should populate the catalog variables which are not filled in at RITM.

You need to use GlideDialog window to show a UI page to add attachment and then use GlideExcelParser API to parse it and set the values as required.

why not allow the agents to edit the variables directly in variable editor?

Why to unnecessarily create UI page, UI action etc and increase the technical debt and code maintenance?
