How to used "Selected Index Tab" in ATF workspace

Hi All,

After submitting the risk record form in workspace, i am reopening it using "Open existing record". But this step opening the record on overview tab by default. But instead, i want to open the details tab and set values. I tried the "Selected index tab" by setting values like 0,1,2. But the result was same. Please guide here.
Also give me an idea on what is the use of "selected index tab" and how to use this field?

yes, custom ui step will work. But cant we "selected index tab"? what is the use of this?

I haven't used it earlier, so not very sure on that part.
