How to open sctask from RITM form via atf steps

I have configured the atf steps till the ritm is approved. Now i want to open the sctask from related list from the ritm open. Can anyone please assist me how to open the sctask.

You can use test step "Validate Record Present in List"

Hi @Jayalakshmi 

 

It is a basic steps you could use.

So after opening RITM.

Use Apply filter to list.

and select List type as "Related List"

In related list select --> "Catalog task"

Apply condition such as Number contains sctask.

and in next step use open existing record--->apply filter to list. and change the table to catalog task table.

Just like the screenshot.
