How to open Workspace form from Global search result

Hi Expert,

I would like to open a the workspace form with Global search result.

But in our instance, there couldn't switch the result to a workspace. Please refer below screen shot.

How can I config for global search that can switch search result?

Ensure AI Search is enabled and configured for your workspaces, activate the necessary plugins (like AI Search for Workspaces), and confirm that each workspace has its own Search Context defined under Search Administration. Once configured, the dropdown will appear.

 Hi experts,

I followed the following guide to display workspace in global search, it worked. but when I click the link in the result list to open record in workspace, it displayed with "The page you are looking for could not be found"

How to fix this issue?
