How to order items on a Legacy Icon section (Now Mobile)

Hi!

I have a Legacy Icon section on my now mobile app and it has 5 screens, is there a way to order the screens in a particular way? I don't see a clear way of doing it on the documentation. (Configure a legacy icon section (servicenow.com))

Hello,

If i understood you correctly please do the below:-

From the navigation open the Applet launcher:-

then open the screen on which you have the UI section from the list

Then in the body tab you will see the order using which you order the sections

Incase if I misunderstood you issue let me know.

Hi! Thanks for your response, but unfortunately this is not the problem, inside the applet launcher you describe I have a legacy icon section, and that section is the one I cant reorder

this are the ones I cant reorder.

Old post but replying in-case it helps someone in the future.

I couldn't find a way to re-order screens in the Legacy icon section, but I did find a work around, you have to remove all the screens and then re-add them in the order you want.

Annoying I know! but it gets the job done.
