How to pass data when creating record through a related list

How to pass data when creating record through a related list?

When I click "New" on a related list,

I would like to pass the parents sys id into the child records field "Job"

I tried the solution on a previous solution but I did not get anything to work:

I also tried the following but I had no luck:

Do I need UI parameters?

I went through that table to see if I can see a similar case for my situation but I did not see anything.
