How to perfom servicenow-MS teams integration in PDI ?

Hi All,

 

Unable to see all the required plugins in PDI to perform servicenow-MS teams integration 

 

can some one help me how to perform servicenow-ms teams integration in PDI ?

 

without webhook URL can we do in PDI ?

Hi @shabbir5,

 

Unfortunately, PDI instances do not allow for the installation of store plugins. These plugins, such as 'sn_va_teams,' are meant for customer instances or partner demo instances. As a result, the 'sn_va_teams' plugin, which enables integration between Virtual Agent and Microsoft Teams, cannot be installed or used within a PDI environment
