How to populate the price in the catalog item, where a reference variable is used

I was trying to populate the price in the catalog item from a table having a price field.

Here's how i did it:

Step 1 - 

Add a reference variable to the table

Step 2 -

Add a lookup select box variable

Step 3 -

Chose the table and the field in the Type Specifications

Step 4 -

In the Auto-Populate, chose the reference variable you created and dot walk to the price field

Done -
