How to populate variable value in ritm and sc task

Hi all,

we have multiple service request forms on which I have to add priority field . 

Hence I created variable set, added variable to it of select box with options (High, Moderate, Low and also kept values same as backend priority field on task), then added that VS to all those forms.

Now, whatever is selected in priority variable, it should be mapped to priority field on RITM and catalog task.

What should be the best way of doing this?
