How to present login page directly on CSM Portal

Hi Community,

I have Created Global Incident Management on CSM Portal for once we click this, it will open case form which i have configured by using record producer

If we click this, it will open a login page as below

My Requirement is 1.  How to present login page directly without showing "Global Incident Management"?

2. Global Incident Management will present after customer logged into CSM Portal?
