How to prevent attachments email with images embedded in it like sign, comp name from inbound action

How can achieve below issue ( prevent or skip the attachments in emails from inbound action )
Issue: When inbound emails are received by an instance, all the embedded images, signatures, company names, or files get attached to the target task record, i.e. the Incident table

it's an OOB behavior

Inbound email embedded images are being added as attachments to the target record
