How to prevent change approval not to go to Requested for and Assigned to users

Hi All,
How can we make sure that the change request approval should not go to the change request's assign to and requested for users.
I need to know how can I adjust the Change Management workflow to prevent the CR from being approved by the person who either opened it or is listed as Requested By
Please help and thanks in advance.

Hi @NiSaraswat
In the Change Request Workflow (often Change Request - Normal, Change Request - Emergency, etc.), look for the “Approval - User” or “Approval - Group” activities.
These activities determine who gets the approval task.

Both solution does not solve the purpose.
