How to provide additional comments check box

Hello Team,

I want to provide additional comments check box below worknotes , so if i check it then additional comment field should show instead of work notes.

Please help me out with this.

Configure form layout and then

Move additional comments from available to selected.Select section as notes.

Hi @Pranay Verma ,

Greetings!

If you want to create additional comments/ work notes in your custom table, Create it by using field type as "Journal Input" and don't forget to add in Filter Activity.

If you have 2 journal entries than it will automatically show as "Check Box" as you mentioned in your screen shot,

If more than 2 journal entries then it will show as "Drop Down" box as below.
