how to re-arrange colums in Service portal and hide bread crums and new buttoon

Hi There,

I cloned simple widget and i changed some configuration as per my requirment.

but here i need to hide and rearange some colums how to achive this.

1. i need to hide New Button

2. need to hide bread crums

3. in key word search if i search with number means it will get the record

any one help me out this requirement.
