When we gave input of something, based on that keyword, I need to get recommendations from KB articles. How can we achieve this? I cannot make this in my PDI. Could anyone provide steps if this is possible in PDI to test something?
You can configure the fallback topic(Search Fallback Topic) which will do a search of knowledge base articles and catalog items when no existing conversation topics match the user's query.
