How to recover deleted email from sys_email?

We have encountered a situation where an emails was deleted from the sent email table sys_email

Tried Deleted Record option to retrieve emails but unable to find the record, Is it permanently deleted?

Any help is deeply appreciated...Thanks

Was the email sent from within your organisation?

Perhaps your Enterprise Services team can recover the email from the clients 'Sent' folder?

Hi Roshan,

Unfortunately, if the record does not appear in the deleted records table then I believe it is permanently gone and cannot be recovered. 

If the instance was recently cloned to another environment, you might be able to find and export the email from the sub-production environment back into production for example.
