is there a possibility to deactivate the OOTB “Agent Workspace” (now/workspace/agent/home) and/or to achieve a redirect to the “CSM Workspace” (now/cwf/agent/home) ?
Background:
As the CSM Workspace offers us more functions, we would now like to redirect the agents to the CSM Workspace.
However, since agents may have already bookmarked the “old” agent workspace in the browser, it would be great if it is possible to redirect them to the CSM workspace.
Has anyone already done this?
