How to redirect user straight to RITM instead of REQ in Service Operation Workspace

Hi,
When the user create a new RITM in the backend or in Service Operation Workspace, after clicking submit he first see the REQ and only after clicking on the REQ he can see the RITM. How can I redirect the user straight to the RITM?

Hi
unfortunately this is not easy and would require many customizations. The "Thank you" page you can see after requesting doesn't comes from the workspace but from an via IFRAME embedded Service Portal page (sc_request) from the /swp portal. The rendering of the contents is done by the widget "SC Order status".
