How to redirect users to specific view in sow

Hi,

 

how can I redirect users to specific view in SOW using client script if some condition is met. For example i have multiple views on the incident table and i want to redirect that user to view called alon in Service Operations Workspace

So you want them to redirect to a custom view within a view ? I mean Service Operations Workspace is itself a view, you cannot change the order of the fields which are visible there without customizing.

 

Even if you create View Rules - that will be for the specific view, it wont work within another view. I don't think this is feasible in a workspace. 

 

What you can do is, you can create a "client script" to work within "service operations workspace" - view. Select "view field as Service Operations Workspace" Hide all the fields which you don't want to display and add the fields which you want to display, based on conditions or no conditions - as per your requirement. That's something which will work. We are also following that. View within view - not possible.
