How to reduce spaces between variables on a Record Producer (Tokyo Version)?

I have created 52 Variables on a Record Producer and 31 UI policies. I wanted to reduce space between a Rich text label variable and Multi line text. There are many variables with UI policy conditions between those two. I tried setdisplay() and setvisible() in the UI script for all the UI policies but it dint worked out.  Please find the attached screen shot where I want to reduce spacing.

@sree31 Rich text label is taking its own space. It might not be feasible to reduce that space.

Check the default value or the rich text in the label field, if there are some empty spaces there.
