How do I enable user to schedule multiple appointment in walkup experience in Service Portal?

Hi all,

 

I wonder how do I allow user to schedule multiple appointment in Walk-Up experience in Service Portal. I have set "Maximum appointments per user" in the walk-up location management, and was able to book multiple appointment from the record producer in the classic UI. However when I am in service portal, I only see the option to reschedule my current appointment instead of booking a new one - how can I enable user to book new ones?
