How to remove a catalog form from order guide?

@spandana kalla 

 

1) Open the order guide from where you want to remove the catalog item

2) Scroll below and you will find the rule base tab

3) Delete the entry from the rule base for the catalog item you want to remove.

Even i deleted it from rule base, it is still showing in the portal.

It's not showing in rule base after deleting, but it's showing in order guide in portal.
