How to remove a catalog item from an order guide and display it under the catalog?

Hi team,

 

I am having trouble removing catalog items from an order guide and displaying them under the category. As seen below, it is in the correct Category and no active UI policy tied to it.

I've also removed it from the 'Order guide > Rule base' as seen below.

I'm wondering where else I would need to modify for it to display the catalog item. Looking forward to hearing back.

What's the exact issue? you are not able to search for this catalog item in portal after updating catalog and category?

Hi @Swapna Abburi ,

 

I’m unable to see the catalog item in the portal. I’ve confirmed that ‘Hide on Service Portal’ is set to false and that the item is no longer part of the Order Guide, but it still doesn’t show up.

 

Do you know what I might be missing?
