How to remove a component in agent workspace?

Hi, 

we have a requirement that is, I want to remove 'your employee' section component in agent workspace. can you please help me in this?

As per my understanding "Your employee" is the part for contextual side panel in agent workspace.

Please go to in filter navigator to edit the : Workspace Experience > Actions & Components > Contextual Side panel Items.

I am disabling  and made it inactive in Contextual Side panel Items but still I'm able to see it on the workspace

Hi @chiranjeevi thi,

In the Contextual Side panel, there can be multiple entries and you need to inactive all the entries. If any one of the entry is active it will be inactive.
