How to Remove an option in Service Operations Workspace top Selection bar

Hello, We have started using Interactions in SOW.  After saving an Interaction, we have the ability to Associate the record as seen in top right of screenshot below.  However , we do not want our technicians to see "Create Consumer".  Would someone know an easy solution to remove this option.  Any help would be much appreciated.

It will probably go away if the user does not have access to create a consumer record.  Thats probably the only way you are going to be able to get it to go away.
