How to remove chat icon from ESC portal?

Hi Experts,

 

How to remove chat icon on esc portal, I made 'ESC Chat' active false on 'sp_agent_chat_config_list'  but it is still appearing on esc portal.  I don't see that on ' Page designer ' generally we find  in bottom of the page.

 By default there are 2 records, you need to deactivate both of them.

Hi @Uzmine1 ,

 

Open Service Portal > Agent Chat (table name = sp_agent_chat_config). And then check portal field , if the field contains Employee Center, deactivate those records.
