Hi Experts,
How to remove chat icon on esc portal, I made 'ESC Chat' active false on 'sp_agent_chat_config_list' but it is still appearing on esc portal. I don't see that on ' Page designer ' generally we find in bottom of the page.

By default there are 2 records, you need to deactivate both of them.

Hi @Uzmine1 ,
Open Service Portal > Agent Chat (table name = sp_agent_chat_config). And then check portal field , if the field contains Employee Center, deactivate those records.
Please mark this Helpful, if it helps.

Hello!
That method doesn't seem to work in Australia. Instead, what worked for me, was to append the Employee Center portal sys id to the "com.glide.service_portal.exclude_chat_portal_list" system property.
Regards.
