How to remove preapproved change cards from Service Operations workspace

Hi Experts,

I want to remove pre-approved cards below and have only emergency normal and standard cards

How can I achieve it, Please advice.

Hi @Community Alums 

I tried this in my PDI and it is working as expected.

- Make false --> At create new for all standard change templates.

also make standard change model as false -- create new.

Try cache.do

logout and login back.
