How to remove Related List from Workspace

How do I remove these 2 in CSM workspace. I cannot find it in the list

Hi @vidhya_mouli ,

goto CSM workspace in UI builder, navigate to page record in question then check tabbed container or component that loads those sections.

Remove the component,

and save & publish the workspace.

Hi @vidhya_mouli 


You can navigate to Experience → UI Builder → Page Collections.

In the search bar, look for “Customer Information” and “Customer History.”
Once you locate these records, you can either set the Active field to false to disable them or add a condition to control when they should be visible to users.

Hi @vidhya_mouli ,

 

You can do it by ITIL view only, for example in incident table check for Service Operation Workspace view and remove the related list it will reflect in workspace as well.
