How to remove Related list name and query details in export to Pdf report?

Hi Team,

i am trying to remove related list name and query details in the report when i use 'export to Pdf' on a problem form.

i removed report header name by setting "glide.pdf_export_from_form_list.show_report_attrs" property to false. But it is not removing the related list titile etc.. 

I thought to write a UI script, but it is also not working.

if to remove those UI script is needed, please correct my script or if any other way please let me know.
