How to remove report from dashboard?

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to unlink a report from my dashboard. I already have the admin role. Reading online suggested to click the "+" icon and then remove the report. But I don't see any option to remove a report.

I see no option to remove the bottom report.

@Nisar2 

You must be the creator, an administrator, or have a managing role of a report to delete it. If a report has been shared with you, and you do not have a report managing role, you do not have the ability to delete it.

I already have "admin" role.

You can remove the report from the dashboard as given the screenshot as below.
