How to remove star rating for the KB Article in workspace?

Hi,

I want to remove the star rating from the kb article view in workspace. I know we can remove that by simply disabling the glide.knowman.show_star_rating system property but I don't want to remove this functionality for all knowledge bases. Can anyone please tell me where should I do the changes to remove this star rating from the workspace?

Hi @Vasu ch ,

For Workspace ," glide.knowman.feedback.enable_actionable_feedback_for_rating"property to ensure that feedback tasks are automatically created and assigned when a lower rating is posted. For more information, see Knowledge Management properties.

In general , there is a property called "glide.knowman.show_star_rating" which  controls the visibility of the Star Ratings on the service portal.

Thanks for the response. But I see the system property "glide.knowman.feedback.enable_actionable_feedback_for_rating" can be used to generate some actional feedback like asking the reason for low rating. I don't think we can use this property to disable the star rating.

After modifying that property I see the below popup which I didn't get earlier.
