how to remove the default value of short description variable

Hi guys,

how can I remove the value of the default value of a variable short description variable, what happen is everytime the requestor submit a request the default short description change automatically I want to remove that default value. I try to look in the variables value in the maintain items but no default value declared on the variable.

did you check the dictionary override for short_description field?

somebody did dictionary override and updated the default value there?

yes I already checked it and no default value is added. I believe it is a OOB since every RITM is same behavior, and I need to remove that behavior
