How to remove the email tab from Source to Pay Workspace

Alon Grod

Hi,

Is there any way to hide the 'Emails' Tab next to 'Details' Tab from Source to Pay workspace sn_slm_task record?
it is not a regular related list that you can hide using the form layout.

Hi @Alon Grod

This is the Email section.

Open the record in the Native View, switch to the Workspace view (or the appropriate view), and remove this section. [ Go to Form Layout ]

@Alon Grod

you need to determine the record variant which is being used, then duplicate it and ensure the new one runs for sn_slm_task

Then you need to check if you can hide the Emails tab

1) go to this URL

https://instanceName.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/page-settings/experience/6eada2b0c30220106331737a3c40ddcc/0a54bef0c30220106331737a3c40dd0a/params/view/5e748a2f4f923110f85a115d78c71408

2) make a duplicate of it and add in condition your table and give order as 40

3) then try to identify the Emails tab and in right side somewhere you should find the settings to hide/disable

@Ankur Bawiskar is there any other way? maybe a table that stored this variant that you can make inactive?

@Alon Grod

in UI builder each record is rendered using Record variant

When you create duplicate of that variant, you can configure in such a way that this variant renders only your table records

So in this variant you can customize and remove whatever you want

I don't think any other way
