ahoy @Alon Grod,

for this there was a particular attribute at the [sys_dictionary] table.

I cannot find it now, but try to search for ref_decoration_disabled or clickthtough, it was in the Community but now it seems to be lost

To remove or hide the field decoration/click-through (i) icon (reference icon) from a reference field in a ServiceNow Workspace form, the classic backend dictionary attribute ref_decoration_disabled=true does not always work directly in Configurable Workspaces. Instead, you can handle it depending on what "i" icon you are targeting:

Hello @Alon Grod

Official Docs: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/xanadu/platform-user-interface/hide-global-action-from-a-table-or-...

Catch: Every single reference field of the table will not show i icon now.

Table Name: sys_declarative_action_assignment
Sys_Id: 172e2043534310108135ddeeff7b12dd

Under Action Exclusion, click New, select table incident or the table of your choice, check "Exclude this table" and hit save.

Hope that helps!
