How to remove the Problem linked to the Change Request form or Change request form the Problem.

How do we allow users to remove/unlink the Problem form linked to the Change Request form.
Only admins are able to remove as of now. There are no ACL's or other restrictions made on relationship tables.

How do we investigate further ?

Hi Ghousia,

Go into a Change that has a Problem record attached to, like this:

As you can see, OOTB, the New and Edit action buttons are available to all users.

Put your cursor on one of the column title (ex.: State), right click, and select Configure > List Control

Uncheck the Omit edit button to see that button,  uncheck the Omit new button to see that one.

New roles and Edit roles can be used to restrict the use of these 2 buttons to specific roles.

Thank you  for the Reply!.

These EDIT/NEW buttons are already present and restricted ,Issue here is though EDIT is available to specific group they are not able to remove or unlink problem record from CR ,using EDIT and Save.

 

After page is loaded they still see the Problem associated though it was removed using EDIT option.
