Hi @ramesh_r ,

 

I had the same requirement. Here's how I achieved it -

Open the record page in UI builder > navigate to the Main Tab > In Tabs section you can see the Record History tab > click on it & delete it.

is this achievable for both HR case and knowledge without duplicating the default variant in UI builder?
