how to remove the sections in the form view

i want to remove the sample section from this form. Help me out please. i i

Hi Raha,

Here you go.

Go to system UI->Form sections->Delete the one you have created. You can pull the records based on the table "Incident" .

Click on Header.

Go to Personalize --->> Form Layout / Configuration layout and you can see add / remove option to add something / remove fields etc
