how to remove the sections in the form view

i want to remove the sample section from this form. Help me out please. i i

Hi Raha,

Here you go.

Go to system UI->Form sections->Delete the one you have created. You can pull the records based on the table "Incident" .

You should see the button "Correct answer" next to my response. You have to click on it to mark the answer.

Actually you can do it Via Form Layout and also via UI MACROS
