Hello Christophe, it's exactly what I need but the skip_activity Action Assignment record is read-only (This item is read-only based on its protection policy.).
I did an insert and stay on it, but till cannot edit the copy.
How did you proceed to clone the record without the security restrictions?
Thanks

Hi,
I just tried it out in my instance and the "Insert and Stay" is working fine (instance is in Yokohama). Steps:
- go on the Skip Action Assignment record (note: do this while in your scoped app, the record will be read-only with a warning you have to be in Global to edit, do not change scope)
- perform an "Insert and Stay", new Action Assignment gets created in your scope
- I can now edit the record as I like
Hope that helps.

Thanks for checking. I have a different behaviour, where protection policies are copied with Insert and stay.
I am reading on Communities that other users are encountering the same behaviour.
I fixed it by creating a record from scratch..

@ChristopheMusie This solution is okay till the part where we have have to make the Action Assignment, I created the copy of the skip_activity but unable to edit any fields because the read only policy set on the skip_activity
How did you manage to bypass this?

I think you are facing the same issue as Yopisn, where protection policies are carried over when creating a copy of the record.
The approach that Yopisn took is then to create the Action Assignment from scratch.
