Hello - I was wondering if there was a way to remove the watermark that is added when using a mailto email template. My email template has the record number variable in the subject line and I am running an inbound email action to pick that up and update that record which is on a different table than the original email notification that the mailto is clicked from. The problem is that my inbound mail action is failing as the watermark is taking precedence over the record number in the subject line. If I manually remove the watermark (Ref:MSGxxxxxx) and then send it, the inbound action picks it up the way I want and updates the record in the subject line of that email.
Thanks!!

On the Notification that contains the mailto template, I have omitted the watermark. However, when you click on the mailto link from that notification it is automatically adding a watermark on that reply.

Hi
Use ‘Omit watermark' in Advanced view of the ‘What it will contain’ tab.

Perhaps you could attach xml of your notification message, template\mailscripts and an example of the outbound message so we can see the details and possibly utilize them to reproduce the issue. Are you sure the email message involved is not triggered from a different notification?
