how to rename comment field in compose section of security incident workspace

How to rename the comment option in compose section of security incident workspace to other name "External Info", what is the way of renaming this and will it make an impact globally if we rename it on SIR workspace.

Hi @AamerA 

 

Please use the below ways to modify the fild in workspace:

 

  • Use UI Builder to rename the field if the option is available (Safe approach, No global impact).
  •  Check System UI Messages before renaming globally to avoid affecting other workspaces.
  • Test the changes in a sub-production environment before applying them to production.
