How to rename OOTB widget menu in CSM portal?

Hi team,

need your help in following questions, there is one widget "icon link" on csm portal. In that I needed following modifications

1. I have a requirement where I need to rename categories (highlighted in yellow) to catalog filters. 

2. And need to add new catalogs (marked in black) instead of Operational Request.

Open your widget in Editor and where ever you find categories in HTML update it with "catalog filters" make sure widget is not used in other places otherwise clone and make changes on the cloned one. So add your new categories and catalog items to the catalog that Operational Request category is part (it should be customerservice catalog)
