How to Reset SLA?

Hi Saikrishna,

I believe It can be done in the workflow. There is one activity rollback which will rollback the action occurred for that record and it will place the state wherever you want.

and there is also api which will disassociate the sla record and you can start the sla again based on the state in workflow. However i am not 100% sure on this since it is not tested i am giving suggestion based on my system knowledge.

You can use 'Reset Condition' option in SLA Definition for this purpose.

Use Reset SLA Condition Present on SLA form
